Go Chase Waterfalls

With summer coming to a close, there are a few more prime hiking weekends before we will start needing spikes again! Walking in nature creates what is called “optical flow” which is the way the brain intakes its visual feed as we move past objects in our field of vision. This has mental benefits of reducing rumination, increasing accurate perception of our surroundings, and improving sleep. So get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather!
